Lovely location and just as we needed for the golf competition we were playing in -well looked after and some nice touches leaving milk, biscuits and bread - could not have asked for more really

The position of the cottage within the village is very good. It's an easy walk to the pub and shops plus the close proximity of the recreation ground opposite was good for walking our dog as there is no garden at the cottage.

The cottage was lovely, really nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and felt like cosy new bedding. Really felt like a home away from home. We only booked as we had a wedding near by so didn't have huge expectations as we were very last minute in finding accomodation but it really exceeded all expectations. It had everything we could have needed (and forgot to bring) like hair dryer, iron, lots of towels etc. Milk and bread on arrival was a very appreciated touch after a long journey. Local area was lovely, just a couple mins walk from cafe, pubs and a couple small shops. No parking but don't let that put you off there is plenty along the road. I feel the property was better than some of the reviews give it credit. Definitely worth a stay.
