The location was perfect! It was 5 min walk away from the central station and the centrum. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed at a single room which was small but super enough for 2 nights and came with everything I needed including a lot of place to hang clothes and lay out my luggage. The bathroom was nice and clean too.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it's very clean and comfortable, and the service is absolutely superb. I had asked when I booked weeks in advance if I could leave my bag if I came too early or if early check-in is available, and all the replies were prompt and very accommodating. To my pleasant surprise, on the day of my travel from Copenhagen to Malmö, Melonie from their staff sent me an early morning message that my room was already available. She was very welcoming upon my arrival and the cleaning staff were great too, as they asked exactly what I needed for the day, which I applaud as a very environmentally friendly gesture. On the day I left, I panicked a bit on the train to Stockholm about possibly having forgotten my passport in the room, as I normally have it in my backpack and not my large suitcase, which was a bit inaccessible on the train luggage tracks. I messaged the hotel and immediately got a reply from Michael that they searched the room thoroughly and I did not leave anything, which was so reassuring. I found my passport in my large suitcase as soon as I arrived in Stockholm. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and that kind of service is exceptional. Thanks again hotel TwentySix team!

Situated in a prime central location, easy reach from the main train station. The room was large, clean and comfortable. the on site restaurant was a lovely bonus. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay.
