Great location in the centre of the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and enough space in standard room.

Breakfast was ok but coffee very disappointing. More fresh fruit would have been good. Bircher muesli beautiful

The breakfast selection was excellent and plentiful; lots of choices for everyone, The hotel is located in the centre of Malmo so it is a great base for exploring the city, especially all the beautiful and tranquil parks. All of the hotel staff we encountered were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Special praise and thanks to Mamata in the breakfast service - extremely polite and friendly, and she made an effort to speak to many guests to ensure they were happy and had everything they required. Also, thanks to Amira and Lenne (not sure of spellings), on the Reception desk who answered all our questions and made our stay more enjoyable 😊. The hotel is very clean throughout, with staff regularly ensuring all areas are tidy. The Housekeeping staff were also very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed. This was much appreciated on the days that we did not require our rooms fully serviced - “going green”.

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel is right next to Lilla Torg, so it is easy to get the main attractions & the train station. The breakfast was in their gorgeous restaurant, with lots of varied breakfast items. The pancakes are the best I've ever had!!! We got a lovely gift & note from the hotel as we were celebrating our anniversary! I would definitely stay here again when returning to Malmo!
