The fine print
A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking. The remaining balance will be charged for reservations cancelled within our 72 hour cancellation policy. Holiday insurance is advised in order to avoid cancellation charges.Dogs are welcome in the Superior Room if requested in advance.Children aged over 12 years are welcome, however only guests aged over 16 can use the spa and gym facilities.Extra beds are only available in the Suite room types.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. The local eggs in particular were extremely tasty and the coffees were delicious and hot. The ambiance in Greys was wonderful, friendly and calming. The staff were exceptional in their care for us in the whole of our stay from arrival until departure. They went out of their way to make everything perfect. The pool experience was so good that we ended up spending longer in there than we had originally planned. The water jets were so good that we felt as if we had experienced a massage.

Stunning ground, superbly maintained. Lovely and friendly staff, they all have a genuine warmth and attention to details is excellent Super dog friendly and we felt so at ease having our dog with us, treat everywhere and even a dog bed was brought to our table whilst having drinks in the bar Calm environment The room was superb

Location was great. Service was really good too - especially the hotel reception staff! Spa area was decent and hydro pool was a nice warm temperature. Beautiful building, rooms were clean and spacious with huge bed and good sized bathroom. Free bicycles to borrow for use around the property and further afield in the countryside. Lovely touch with a little cake in the room for a birthday celebration.
