We stayed in the house for 8 nights with our family of 6, 2 parents and 4 children from the age of 11 to 22. We loved it ! The location is excellent. Quietly located in a small villagearea, a bit away from the noise of Malinska central town and hotels. But close enough to walk to the beach. The closest beach was one of our favorite beaches in Malinska, it is newly renovated with lovely terraces, small pebble-beach area, and with lots of places to spread out and relax in the sun. This beach is visited by families with children and grandparents galore, there is snorkelling and swimming. A nice relaxed atmosphere, possibility to rent sub-boards, kayaks and pedal-boats just there. The restaurant on the beach is really nice, as is the pizzeria. The setting of the property is outstanding - the is a huge private ground with very nice size swimmingpool, courtyard, terraces, bbq-facility, olivetree orchard, and shaded parking (not suitable for mini-bus-size cars) for sole use of the tennants. The swimmingpool area is really nice, spacious and well laid out, with plenty of good new sunbeds and parasols, outdoor shower, different places around the pool to position the sunbeds, nice lighting in the evening. The upstairs terrace at the house has a lovely view of the valley and mountains, and a peak to the bay as well. The seating arrangement on the outdoor terrace is excellent - big dinner table, plenty of cushioned seating for everyone. The stone house is coole and well laid out. It has one bathroom with shower and one extra bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen area is small but adequate, large refrigerator and freezer. There is some seating in the house - both for eating and watching TV. Bedrooms are good and airy - two bedrooms with queensize bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are fine and have good closets. Also the downstairs bedroom. A large TV with many channels as well as on-line connection. Internet connection is poor and sporadic.
