This was my fourth time staying at Villa Mare Monte, and once again, everything exceeded my expectations! Nestled in a serene location, the hotel offers a unique combination of breathtaking sea and mountain views that create a truly calming atmosphere. The facilities are always impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and well maintained, reflecting the high standards of the establishment. What truly sets Villa Mare Monte apart, however, is the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every team member is genuinely welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with anything you may need, making you feel right at home from the very first moment. Whether enjoying a peaceful morning by the pool, taking in the view from the balcony, or simply relaxing in the beautifully kept gardens, every part of the experience contributes to a sense of true hospitality and comfort. Villa Monte Mare is a lovely place surrounded by a beautiful garden. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and looking at the rocks and moutains above the hotel. There is also a nice view on the sea from balconies. I appreciate that it is quiet place in contrast to the noisy center of Malia. All the staff, especially Elektra and a British lady at the bar, are very nice and helpful. Their breakfasts and dinners are fresh and tasty, they also have very good wines.

Beautiful welcoming and friendly staff. Fabulous pool area nestled in greenery . Easy to get to different locations in reliable taxis. The best comfortable beds and great food available at very reasonable prices.
