The location of the resort is fantastic, on the hill, away from a very crowded Malia, with extraordinary view on the see. We book the villa with the private swimming pool and it was fabulous. Very spacious for 4 people, the swimming pool is very large and there was privacy, if you asked your lunch was delivered to your villa. We enjoyed it quite a lot, on Saturday there was a Greek wedding there, so we enjoyed also watching it at dinner. The staff was very kind, everybody very helpful and kind, We had all we wanted. Excellent value for money, but there was quite a discount, since it was a bit of a late season.

Breakfast was very good. Location was beautiful but a bit far from the old town. It was a very steep walk up the hill and there was no shuttle of bus survice. This was a bit dissapointing for a 5* hotel.
