Very characteristic and unique hotel, decorated with many antiques. The views to the river were amazing, both from the room and the beautiful deck. The staff was very friendly. Dinner and breakfast were tasty too.

The welcome is exceptional and all the staff a friendly and helpful at all times. The lounges and guest areas are comfortable and welcoming with fantastic memorabilia and art. The decking is the best we’ve been to with comfortable spaces for guests to enjoy views over the Crocodile river and into Kruger beyond. The bedrooms are comfortable with easy chair and a private veranda. The bedding is crisp and fresh with feather pillows like clouds. The food was delicious and beautifully presented This is our second visit and we will definitely come back.

Views were incredible! And this was such a peaceful stay! Also enjoyed the decor throughout the place and the bedrooms. Staff and the owners were very welcoming! The dinner was great and lovely to have them check in with is that everything was okay! I had also called twice before booking for a few questions about taxi pick ups and drop offs, game drives in Kruger, dinner, etc and they were very kind and open to answering my questions. Would stay here again and would recommend to others!
