I like that the property was so clean and well maintained and the Sekar was taking care of it pretty well. I loved the seaview from the apartment. Basic amenities, Coffee, tea and water were provided. I thought it was a very decent stay. I would stay here for upto 3 days max.

The location is great — right across from the sea, which makes for a lovely view. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main road where you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, and the property is conveniently located around 15–18 minutes from the airport in Hulmale- phase 2. Good security to enter and exit the appartment and building. Keep in mind that this is a shared apartment setup ( which we didn't know😅) The unit has three private rooms, and you'll be staying in one of them. The kitchen and hallway (no AC) are shared, and there's also a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and cooking appliances. The room was clean, a bit small, but perfectly fine for a short stay. The staff were helpful, and communication with the owner was excellent — he was prompt in responding and quick to address any concerns we had, which I really appreciated.

The place was very clean and it is an apartment with 3 bedrooms whereby each bedroom is rented out. WiFi is fast and check in process is very smooth. They response very fast on WhatsApp. It is quiet neighbourhood

The communication from start to check out was exceptional. Literally faultless. Taxi on time at the ferry and also following morning to drop us to the airport. Driver was lovely. concierge met us and showed us the apartment. Really nice guy. Apartment was spotless and great facilities. 10/10. Also recommended restaurants to eat at and they were all great..
