Great location for travelling in and out of Venice. We parked the car (for free) at the hotel and caught the bus in and out. You can buy your tickets in the hotel and the bus stop is right outside. It's so handy.

Good one night stay on our way to Venezia. Room was just right, also bathroom. Breakfast had many options, not just sweet pastry. Parking in the garage was a big plus. Location to reach Fusina terminal is perfect.

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety—great value for the price. One of the biggest advantages was the location: easy access, a spacious parking lot (including underground parking), and a nearby bus station that made switching to public transport for trips to Venice very convenient.
