The hotel has good facilities, including a great pool and a Sauna area. It ha beautiful views. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It as easy to park straight under the hotel at no extra cost.

The staff were great, especially those in rooftop restaurant. The breakfast buffet was lavish and the indoor pool and hamman a welcome respite.

This is the only hotel in Malatya that accepts pets which really saved us and I appreciate it very much. There were a lot of choices for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and had a table and desk. Bathroom was large and comfortable with plenty of space for make up etc.
