The owners were delightfully friendly and so helpful with everything we did. They sorted us out a driver to go visit the tea plantation, provided a map with a walkable route around the city, and always ensured we were ok with everything we did. There was a hob with cooking facilities and a communal fridge so you could sort out your own meals, and also several good options to eat out in the immediate area. There are several cute terraces where guests can sit out too which were lovely.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Inni Homestay. The sisters that run it are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their English is wonderful. The accommodation is a wee way from the centre of town, however, it's in a very beautiful neighbourhood and there are lots of places to eat. It doesn't cost much to catch a grab into town. I really highly recommend this homestay.

A great base for exploring the Malang region. Restaurants, convenience store and ATM are right outside. Rooms are clean and comfortable, water dispenser is provided on the upstairs terrace. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel at home. Fantastic value overall.

The place is really clean. Bed are comfortable. We love all the outdoor areas and the plants around the homestay. We chill outside most of the time. Owners are friendly and we booked car to/from Surabaya and bromo trips with them. There are various eateries, massage, coffee around the homestay. Quite self-sufficient. Recommended if you are doing Malang adventures.
