Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed — the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The hotel itself is stunning from the moment you step inside – beautifully designed with impressive interiors. There are several restaurants to choose from, ranging from Japanese to Chinese cuisine, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of options and great quality. The only downside was the bathroom. Although the rooms are beautifully decorated, there was some mold in the bathroom, and the tiles didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. It’s a pity, because a hotel of such a high standard should maintain better cleanliness.

It’s facing semeru and butak mountain. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. i left a note saying to not remove the towel on the floor, as that’s where i pray but after returning back from Bromo, one of the staffs left a prayer mat in the room :’) thank you so much <3

Attentive staff and efficient service, I shared that we are celebrating my son 10 birthday and they immediately prepared the room with mirror drawings and cake for him.
