All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, helpful and kind. From the lady on reception, the valet driver, to front of house, to the waiters. The rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hairdryer actually works. Amazing products in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. 5 stars all around.

Fantastic breakfast, staff and service were amazing, room was gorgeous, location was excellent - everything was within walking distance ( town centre/square, peer etc). We stayed for our 1 year wedding anniversary and staff had balloons, prosecco and cake in the room for us when we checked in, it was a very thoughtful and appreciated touch. Thank you for our relaxing vacation!

The service was outstanding — every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant team and housekeeping, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to listen and respond to our needs. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. The Entremuros restaurant was a real highlight: delicious, beautifully presented dishes in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere with impeccable service. The hotel’s common areas (lobby, restaurant, breakfast room) are superb and perfectly maintained. The rooftop pool offers a pleasant space with a lovely view. We also appreciated the unique historical touch — the hotel is built over the ruins of the old Medina, and guests can visit the site to admire this fascinating piece of history.
