* The RECEPTION is open from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Please let us know if you arrive outside these hours so that we can send you check-in instructions.
* CHECK-IN is from 14:00. In case you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception.
* CHECK-OUT is until 11:30am.
* BREAKFAST is served from 9:00 to 11:00. If you leave before 9:00, we can prepare a picnic for you.
* The KITCHEN is open from 9:00 to 21:00.
* PETS are always welcome on request.
* There is no PARKING on site, but free parking is available on the streeT and in the surrounding area.
* There is NO LIFT at the house. If you have any MOVILITY difficulties , please inform us in advance, so as to be assigned a room on the ground floor.Guests arriving after 22:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Fabulous location and friendly host. It was nice having a fridge in the room and the bed was really comfortable.

In a nice and quiet residential area 15’ walk from Malaga city centre. Reasonably priced considering it’s Malaga. There are cafés, grocery stores and good public transport connections nearby. Lili at reception was very nice and helpful. I would go back to Villa Alicia for a little holiday on the cheap side.

Nice ladies at the desk, very helpful, multi lingual, lovely decor, lots of well maintained greenery, nice sitting room on 1st floor, very quiet area, nice veranda for sitting and or breakfast, shops and restaurants and sights close by, other guests quite polite and quiet, maintenance man very helpful, nice original floor tiling, lovely house.

The whole place was unique and comfortable. Good location i.e quiet and residential but just 5 mins from cafes and restaurants. All main attractions close by.
