The staff were friendly, although SOHO Hotel chain policies place them in a really difficult position in regards to expectations of customer service and value for money from this hotel chain. We stayed for 4 nights and only one nights bottled water is provided at this hotel and although there is a coffee machine in the room only one nights coffee pods are provided.For the price paid you can imagine my surprise when reception informed us that that was the policy of the hotel chain.It is such a simple thing and so easy to solve from a customer service perspective. Luckily the reception staff understood our frustration and provided us with a couple of extra coffee pods, but thats what I mean why put your staff in such a difficult position with guests when as I say its so easy to solve from the top. Sadly there are alot of older reviews than mine today that also mention the same disappointment so come on SOHO Hotel senior management,use some common sense here and this simple thing I can assure you will leave your guests with a better view and better ratings/reviews. Once again Thank You to the Reception and Housekeeping team who did a great job

Hotel was great for us for 5 days. Easy access to beach via the pool area. 15 mins walk to Cathedral area. Pool area was good with enough sun beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
