The fine print
The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access.The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30. Address: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga.Emergency line available 24/7 via phone. No WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Absolutely stunning room, super comfortable, awesome AC, had the full kitchen set including all utensils, good quality towels & bedding, fantastic location. The staff were very helpful & responded quickly with any questions I had. It is remote access too via a link they send you directly which is amazing for checking in whenever you like after they say the room is ready. It also has a lift if you struggle with stairs, very quiet building for the most part too. Would love to come back!!!

Everything was perfect, the apartment and the entire building are beautifut. Apartment was really big, everything was super clean and bright. Bed and linen were super comfortable and we really enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Staff deserves praise as well, they were super responsive and friendly, and special thanks to Marta, we forgot some things at the apartment, and she really gave her all to help us get it super quickly so we can catch our flight, thanks again :)
