The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The hotel is in a perfect spot too. We loved it as our first experience of Malaga. The hotel room was quite small but had excellent facilities and the bed was big and comfy

Beautiful building located in a great location, central to all old city attractions, bars and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop bar although limited views

The hotel was a spectacular converted palace, and is really as impressive as most of the listing photos show. The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel restaurant and bar were both fabulous and worth checking out. Apart from the pool-related gripes, we couldn’t fault it and had an excellent time staying here.
