Responsive stuff, room was ready before check in time. Room was spacious and clean. Location is perfect for visiting town and for commute.

The property itself was decent, and while it could benefit from a few more facilities, that was honestly the least of my concerns once I experienced the level of service on offer. The staff here are something truly special — and I don’t say that lightly. Roxana and Violete in particular went absolutely above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble — every question was answered with a smile, every request handled with care and efficiency. In all my years of travelling and staying in various hotels, I have genuinely never come across staff who so effortlessly combine such a high level of professionalism with such sincere, heartfelt kindness. They are a rare find and a true credit to this property.
