Please note that the swimming pool is shared with the neighbors of the building and you must respect the pool rules established by the community.Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows:
-From 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 20.
-From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30.
-From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40.Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy. For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel.-It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors.-It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building.-Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9pm will cost 25 euros. Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Good apartment for one person, mainly due to the great price-quality ratio and the convenient location in the city center. The check-in process was fully digital and worked very smoothly. The pool was also a big plus.

Accommodation was clean with all the facilities I expected. Bed was comfortable. Check was easy. All done with codes. Location was good. A good walk up from the train station and port but central for the old town.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, the staff was friendly and the service was good. The area was also peaceful and the house was quiet. Good value for money.

I loved staying in this apartment. Great location. Close to city centre but quiet. Near supermarket. Good facilities. Very clean and modern. Very comfortable. Staff were super helpful and attentive.. I would stay here again
