The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the accommodation house rules do not permit:
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the premise
- Bringing explosive and flammable materials, e.g. weapons and chemicals.
- Bringing strong smelling food such as durian, Mangosteen etc.
- Bringing pets into the premise.

Stayed one night in a Deluxe Queen to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to assist, making us feel welcome right away. The room smelled amazing, was beautifully designed, and had great touches like a coffee machine and a spa-style bathtub. Everything was spotless, and for the price, it offered excellent value for money.

Bath tub was good. Coffee machine was good. The aircon was cold enough. The shower water was strong and hot. The receptionist was very professional and paitence.
