The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note, the property does not have a 24 hour front desk reception therefore check-in after midnight will be charged an extra MYR 30.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Generally a nice place. The small garden and the pool are good to relax. It’s nice to have some shared facilities like a fridge and water dispenser on the pool. The bikes that came free with the rental were a nice plus.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It had character and charm. We liked the pool, the garden, the sense of being in nature yet so close to the centre of Melaka.
