1. The owner seems a nice person judging from our text exchanges. 2. Cleanliness - 9/10. 3. Coway water purifier provided. 4. Extra toto narita (2) provided 5. Wifi and Netflix provided. 6. Lots of shoplots nearby within 10 mins drive. 7. The housing area is quite far in and a bit peaceful, no noise or activities disturbing our sleep. 8. Clean bedsheets.
