Easy to collect key, good host. However, I try to figure out how to use the TV but eventually i gave up haha. The floor is quite sticky and there are stain in bathroom shower area. Overall is okay except cleanliness

Overalls it's good and value for money.Kids had a great time in swimming pool and room was comfortable and clean.Air condition and other appliances in working conditions.
