Walking into our unit at Bali Residence felt almost luxurious. Modern furniture, tasteful art, crisp linens and the location couldn’t be more convenient with Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan, Jonker Walk, the Dutch Square all just minutes away, plus beaches like Klebang not far. Building amenities are very good such as pool, gym, lounge, kids’ area and common BBQ space.

We felt right at home during our stay. The location gave us great access to Jonker Walk, Stadthuys, Christ Church, the waterfront, and many cafés, while the apartment’s interior was modern, the kitchen usable for simple meals, air conditioning effective, and the shared amenities included pool, gym, play area, BBQ which made relaxing easy.

This place is wonderfully convenient. Being so centrally located means short trips to Jonker Street, Mahkota Parade, and you’re close to restaurants and supermarkets. The facilities inside are broad: adult fitness stations, sky lounge, BBQ spots, Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pools, courts for tennis, squash, basketball, mini futsal, a playground and well maintained jogging tracks. The cleanliness and finish are very good.

Bali Residences really gives off resort vibes even though it’s right in the heart of Melaka. The 50m lap pool, sauna, jacuzzi, children’s swim & play pool, gym, playgrounds, and courts for tennis, squash, mini futsal offer plenty to do without having to leave the building. The unit was nicely furnished, with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a balcony which we enjoyed. Its location is excellent, you can reach places like the Malacca River Walk, China Friendship Botanical Garden, Taman Bunga Merdeka, and Jonker Street within short drives or even walking in some parts. Also accessible to hospitals, shopping malls, heritage sites.
