The place was situated nicely behind Mahkota Parade and that brings a lot of convenience for holiday makers especially on groceries as well as meals. There are shops and small eateries in the area also which complement the choices.

The host was very pro, he even send a guid picture how to use tv remote, honestly it was cleaner than the double tree by Hilton, no wonder he has a high rating, I recommend it, if u c this unit don’t doubt, it has 3 bed room each bed room can accommodate 3 to 4 person with a huge balcony, full amenities. It’s really worth the price.

Mr Sean liaised with us few days before we arrived. It was a smooth check-in. During our stay, Mr Sean texted us to check how was our first night. The unit view was superb! Esp during the sunrise! And mahkota parade just a stone away. We will come back to this unit again if we drop by melaka.

I like everything from the host to the residence ! 1. The host is surprising superbly friendly! 2. Can check out late without charge if no next booking for the residence! 3. As Malaccarian per say, i know this place is and old place, but the host renovate the unit nicely and beautifully. It is comfortable! 4. Place of attraction is in front of your eyes, just go cross the main roads and all place is there ! 5. Every rooms in my unit have 2 queens bed and 1queen and 1 single bed each room . Giler ah , mmg bagusla untuk sis yang ade anak kecik tido rotate 360° kan 😂 6. Parking super wide and easy , no need to worry if have more than 1 car 😚😚 7. No deposit needed ! Nowadays got no hotel/homestay that dont take our deposit mehhh 🤭🤭
