the location is good and the staff is very helpful. We had an issue, still not sure who was at fault: we were not picked up from the airport as it was planned (we had an arrangement with the hotel ahead, but they forgot). We had to take a taxi and wasted about an hour waiting. It was quite upsetting. But the staff helped us to reimburse the taxi expenses, so thanks for that. overall the hotel is quite clean, the room is fine. Also, it is quite easy to park a scooter (not sure about the car) right in front of the hotel. There is 7-11 nearby (about 5 mins walk).

Newly build modern hotel, nice and light colour. All nice. Friendly helpful and smiling staff. Open hearted people that invited us to moon festival beach party - joyful and lovely
