Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast offered was nice too. You can call the room service people at any time to clean the room.

1. The room size, cleanliness and amenities were ok and check-in was very ok. Room has electric kettle, refrigerator. Bottle water, teabag, sugar and coffee sachets are provided daily. 2. Even though we arrived around 11AM, the lady at the reception was kind enough to check us into the available room. This is most appreciated. 3. Normal check out is 12noon but considering that our check out was on a Friday, I requested for a little more time after Jumaah and the staff was kind enough to allow us till 2PM. Jazzakallahu khairan. 4. The breakfast was ok and affordable price (30 riyals/person, free for under 5 years and half price for 6-11 years). Break fast time is 6:30 - 10:30AM 5. WiFi was excellent in the rooms and throughout the building 6. Room cleaning staff were prompt and respectful

Shuttle service was very good and always on time. Zero hassle. (Although the dropoff location is approx. 1km+ walk from the Haram (Gate 79) to reach Mataf. Room was smallish but clean. 2 beds plus 1 sofa cum bed.

The service in frontdesk was perfect, Mrs shroq (i dont kbow wether her name was right like these) was specially very nice.
