It is great location and apartment is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Parking is near but in summer time is with additional cost.

The apartment is clean & is at one end of the harbour, which means it is close to the tourist area but not noisy. Within the compact space, there are still sufficient facilities such as a tiny kitchen, a kettle & a coffee machine for our use.

I really liked the room decor, cleanliness, size and view from our balcony (lovely view). We had the first floor apartment (called Sveti Peter) so an easy walk up the stairs. There is also a lift. The location within Markarska is very convenient with only a very short walk to the old town, waterfront restaurants, and beach. The modern kitchenette was also an added bonus for us, with hob, sink, microwave and coffee pod machine. There is like a small reception on the ground floor but we never saw anyone down there. We saw the lady that cleans the rooms a couple of times and she was ever so nice and friendly, and kept our room very clean. The overall building was nicer than I was expecting... I liked the stairwell and hallways. It was very quiet... the restaurant below was closed (not sure if permanently or just for the Autumn/Winter seasons). If I came to Markarska again, I'd definitely stay here!
