We had an absolute delight of a stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality from everyone we met, from the moment we arrived on Day 1 to our departure on Day 3. The staff at the resort were humble, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their service was truly amazing - we felt like we got exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it. A special shoutout to the incredible team, including Sourav sir, Somnath sir, Sherwin, Siddharth (who even surprised us with a thoughtful gift!), Christopher, Larson, Soundarya, and Shivam, who delivered outstanding housekeeping services. Ramchandran sir's playful interactions with my kid by the pool were a highlight of our stay. The experience at VIVO restaurant was also fantastic. We're so grateful for the wonderful experience and memories created during our stay.

The resort has a beautiful location, is very well maintained, and has good options of 4 restaurants and cuisine. The staff has been extremely courteous and customer friendly. The staff especially from restaurant, housekeeping and front office were very helpful. Restaurant team of Saurav, Meenakshi, Sungharah, Soundarya, Fittory; Shubham; Guest relations Ms. Valecia and Spa team of Amrita, Zulo, Arun and Housekeeping incharge John were super hosts!!

I recently stayed at Alila Diwa Goa with my parents, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Velecia ensured a smooth check-in and thoughtfully guided us through a tour of the stunning property—making my parents feel truly welcomed and cared for. At the coffee shop, Saurav took special care of my parents’ dietary needs with warmth and attention to detail, which we deeply appreciated. A special mention to Chef Amit, the pastry chef, whose personalized interactions and creations made us feel genuinely valued. Every touchpoint—from the valet team to the pool attendants—exhibited professionalism, warmth, and courtesy. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I was thoroughly impressed by how well-trained and aligned the staff were with Alila’s values and service philosophy. Their consistency and care surpassed even the high standards I’ve experienced at properties like Taj. Alila Diwa Goa has set a new benchmark in hospitality for me. Heartfelt thanks for making our stay so memorable.
