This apartment is spacious, clean, warm and well-equipped with lots of storage plus a comfy bed with handy radio. The kitchen has alot of crockery etc. (maybe too much! - so many coffee options!) The bathroom and shower is good, although the separate wc is inconvenient. The location is excellent, with parking directly outside, the skiroom by the front door and the bus stop only 4 mins walk (Bus 70 every half hour to/from Zell); or you can walk 35 mins along the lake into Zell Stadt. The owner lives in Germany but communicates swiftly. He provided lots of useful information. He also sorted out our issues with registration and quickly provided a second key to replace one lost by the previous guests.

Everything was perfect. The apartment had everything necessary. Wi-Fi was working perfectly. We booked it because it was very close to the hospital. Free parking is in front of the apartment, self-check-in. We would book it again.

Great value for money, exceptionally well-equipped apartment, close to the lake and with a view on a mountain. It was perfect for our family of four.
