We celebrated our anniversary here, I asked them before hand to buy flowers and leave a note for us in the room. They were so helpful, they asked me what budgets sent me photos of my options, really I feel that the staff did everything possible to make our stay special. By far the best customer service I have ever encountered. Highly recommended!!

The lady took a great care of us, she prepared the breakfast a little sooner than scheduled. Nonna’s lemon cake was delicious 😋

The accommodation exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The cleanliness was perfect. Jenny was very friendly and helpful. The location of the accommodation was also very good (near the city centre and in proximity of many shops and restaurants).
