Staff were very helpful. Cleanliness inside out was also very good. Location is within walking distance to Neustadt, ca. 25-35 mins to Altstadt. It was quiet and away from the main road traffic.

We only stayed one night, but we had a good sleep. The hotel is a bit outside of the center and we used a bus to get to the center, which was fine, but very expensive! We paid more than EUR 14,50 for a return ticket for 2 people. Of course that's not the hotel's fault. And parking in the center is probably more expensive ;-). The breakfast was good. Mainz is actually very nice, we enjoyed our stay there.
