We loved that this little property is only an hour drive out of Melbourne but felt we were completely removed from our bustling city life. We were immersed in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees where the only sounds we could hear, aside our own, were of birds going about their business. The beach is only 15-20 munutes drive so the location is accessible to all of what the Peninsula has to offer or you can feel far removed if you prefer. The property is the perfect size for family or few couples and is very charming. We LOVED the outdoor shower and we felt very at home from the moment we drove in. The hosts communicated with us in a timely and friendly manner and we see ourselves returning to this property.

The cottage was a beautiful and wholesome place to spend a few days just relaxing. Close to everything but far enough away to feel secluded, thanks and enjoy!

Location was great... facilities great.... comfortable and home like. Especially love that the property was dog friendly and fenced in.

Wonderful property in a beautiful location. We particularly enjoyed the expansive outdoor deck and fire pit area next to an an olive grove grazed by sheep. Lots of birdlife also. The hosts were great to deal with, accommodating an extra guest at short notice and providing late check-out on request. Flexible bedroom configurations including a self-contained unit, so would work well for a group. We are already planning our return trip.
