Lovely hotel with great facilities, very clean and comfortable room, slept well. Good choice of foods at breakfast buffet. Very good steak at the grill, though not cheap.

Good location, rooms were clean and nice enough but we were expecting more for the price.

The breakfast was quite good. The bathroom of one of the rooms had hair all over the shower that clearly did not belong to my family as we are of African descent and the hair was long and straight. The place is a maze of rooms and to not put families together when they have two different rooms is a terrible inconvenience. I will however give them four stars for their customer service as despite something major taking place that could have had far reaching implications they handled it with clarity, were very apologetic and allowed me to extend my stay time. If I could be assured a proper clean by housekeeping I would go again . ( On a more positive note, housekeeping reacted to all complaints with lightening speed.
