The location is great in terms of being secluded and allows guests plenty of privacy. The hot tub is great especially in the evenings once the temperature is up. The rooms are a good size and the front bathroom which has a walk-in shower was also very nice to use. The underfloor heating is a nice touch especially when it's cold outside. Check-in and out was flawless as we could collect the keys from lock box and leave on departure. Would certainly like to come back again next year!

Really well prepared for our visit - clean towels and bedding nicely presented. Easy access to property with clear instructions. The Hot tub was great and the kids loved it. Seculed and safe garden in the countryside but close enough to Maidstone and London for days out.

The property was exceptional as was the host. Nothing was too much trouble. The property has a wonderful big garden and a brilliant hot tub.
