Everything, number 1, staff, friendly, helpful, proactive Number 2. Best pet friendly place I have been to, attitude, materials available for pets, and a super back courtyard garden. Even my cat walked around there. Number 3 . When we had problems, they were so helpful that we never felt alone in another country. I would say to anyone with pets who are flying from Porto , use this house , they get rest before travelling or if they arrive at the airport and need to distress . Organisation and cleanliness, this place is new and immaculate , also flexible

Throughout the stay, I was cared very well by the host, so I could not miss anything - many thanks ! Booked the Superior-Room, cost-up was worthwhile having garden-view and nice equipment. The location is ideal to airport, which I gave high priority, guest should be aware of 12km distance to Porto City.

Great location, Anna and Helena were super helpful and a really charismatic hostess. Gave me lots of great advices. Never hesitate to answer any questions and were very flexible with check in.

We loved this place! It was very comfortable, stylish and spotlessly clean. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meal. Small garden with oranges and flowers was lovely. Super friendly and caring owners. 15 minutes walking distance to the airport and metro. It was real pleasure staying here.
