The fine print
Room rates on 24, 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.Please note that upon check-in, guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment methods. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Starting 1 August, 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustain-ability Levy to enhance green initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be SCR 100 per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles. Children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Beau Vallon beach is beautiful - white sands and clear/calm waters. Loads of local spots to get something to eat or drink. Felt like a bit of a ‘special deal’ offering is required from hotel manager for everything, which is unfortunate, as it gives the place a cheap feeling. If I booked this hotel, I’d seriously consider breakfast only option then explore all local restaurants/bars for lunch and dinner. This will help stop being caught up in limitations on most hotel offerings.

We stayed at Coral Strand to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and honestly it turned out to be such a special experience for us. The staff really made a huge effort, especially the manager Shihan. He was in contact with me during our stay and helped me organize everything for the birthday. He helped with the decorations I brought from Austria, arranged a beautiful dinner right in front of the beach at sunset, and even organized a birthday cake. Everything went smoothly and exactly how I hoped. What I appreciated even more was how thoughtful they were in general. The day before we left, Shihan came to us during breakfast and offered to arrange a taxi and even prepare breakfast for takeaway because we had to leave early. We didn’t even ask for it, he just thought about it himself, which I found really impressive. The rooms were very clean and we had a really nice beach view. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and the water is amazing. The staff overall was always friendly, quick, and attentive. We never had any issues, everything we ordered or asked for was understood immediately. The food was also really good. Breakfast had a lot of variety, and dinner was great too. We even tried Indian food for the first time and actually liked it, which surprised us. There are a lot of options (international, Japanese, Indian), so it never gets boring. For me personally, this hotel felt better than some five-star hotels we’ve been to, especially when it comes to service. Overall, it was a very memorable stay and they made my friend’s birthday really special. I’m very grateful and would definitely come back.
