The fine print
THIRD PARTY CREDIT CARD ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
For security reasons THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKING MUST BE PRESENT UPON CHECK-IN in order to finalize the pre-authorization and/or verify the cardholder. In case guest is unable to provide the same credit card, another valid payment method will be requested. - Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.
- To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.
Please note that an early check-in or late check-out can normally be arranged at an additional cost.

The Gala Dinner on the 24th and 31st December is mandatory, the price is 85 Euro per person, to be settled directly at the hotel.- The “Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy” is NOT incorporated in our establishments’ prices/ rates and NOT included in the total amount of your payment.
The Levy Tax will be collected upon arrival/departure directly at the front desk in Seychelles Rupees.- All travelers to the Seychelles must apply for the digital Travel Authorization through the Seychelles Electronic Border System website. Before travelling to Seychelles, please follow the link http://tourism.gov.sc/ for the latest tourism guidelines as they are continually revised. - Visitors must ensure that they have valid travel insurance with full medical coverage, including COVID-19 related medical care and eventual quarantine expenses, for the whole duration of their stay in Seychelles.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Amazing hotel. The duplex room is very spacious and perfect for a family. The swimming pool was the big attraction for our kids. Very beautiful! Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. The beach down of the hotel is precious and they are really attentive to every detail. We would definitely come back to this hotel in a next trip to Mahé.

The location, view from room, facilities provided and the whole ambience The staff at the reception were extremely friendly,interactive and helpful .They made sure we were comfortable and made arrangements for us even after checking out as we had a late flight the same evening

The overall atmosphere of the place was nice, well maintained garden. Hotel located by a little beautiful beach. The Garden room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff of the reception was very communicative and supportive prior and during the stay. All of the staff was super helpful. Both restaurants at the hotel were good, not fancy but ok, basic food. If coming in early or leaving late I recommend purchasing a day pass at the hotel - it was a great option to stay around the pool + lunch + shower.

Location right at the beach. We had a beach side room. That’s way better view than the garden side rooms. Enjoyed the sunsets over sea horizon from our balcony and restaurants
