Caretaker José is very friendly and helpful. Seaview from the balcony is great. Bedroom is small and cramped (oversized wardrobe blocks both beds). Kitchen is non-equipped, meaning you have to bring your own pots and other basics, whatever. But overall very good value for money, I surely would come back.

Set opposite the Higher Institute for Technology in a student area. This meant lots of lovely little cafes and eateries and little supermarkets. The street itself is attractively lined with trees. It's a very well kept student residence with a lovely concierge on call who is very helpful. I had a terrace so could view the activity in the street while enjoying the sun. Far enough away from the centre of Mahdia to be peaceful but near enough to see everything.

The apartment was clean, quiet and located close to the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure to provide all the items I asked for.
