Very nice hotel with great hepfull staff. Nice rooms and great restaurant down in the hotel. The beach club Malecon 21 was very good.

The hotel is new and well-kept, with no elevator yet and no pool. that would have helped. but overall staff was nice and helpful. The windows were full of mosquitoes, and the cleaner didn't clean them. when we reported that to the staff they offered an upgrade for free. restaurant below was great, good fresh food and nice staff

Large clean rooms, firm beds. Fridge in room. Welcoming staff restaurant downstairs serve great food and drinks. Beach is directly across the way with access to beach club.
