We had a wonderful family vacation at Leela Resort. The hotel was very accommodating to our family's needs, and the kids had a great time. The staff were patient and kind, especially with the children. It made our family trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Leela Resort the Exotic Boutique Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. We were particularly impressed with the hospitality of Hotel Manager Vicky, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Leela Resort in Mahabaleshwar, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. As a senior citizen, I often find traveling can be a bit challenging, but the staff at The Leela went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. The hospitality was outstanding, especially from the manager, Vicky. He was incredibly attentive and always willing to assist with anything I needed. His kindness and genuine care made my stay so much more enjoyable. I also want to commend the restaurant and housekeeping staff. They were incredibly helpful and patient, always ready to assist senior guests like myself with a smile. Their dedication to providing excellent service was truly appreciated. The resort itself is beautiful, and the view from the gazebo is simply breathtaking. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak in the stunning surroundings of Mahabaleshwar. Here are a few additional points that I believe would be helpful for other potential guests: Accessibility: The staff's attentiveness made the resort feel very accessible for seniors, even with some of the natural terrain of the area. Dining: The restaurant offered a good variety of options, and the staff were always happy to accommodate dietary needs or preferences. Peaceful Atmosphere: The resort offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway. Overall, my stay at The Leela Resort in Mahabaleshwar was truly memorable.
