i think the service staff is very friendly and the location is good. it is within walking distance of the downtown area and the price is not expensive.

Everything! The location is great. Easy to reach Penghu activities, facilities and sightseeing. Also easy to reach from the airport. Staff.. super nice and caring !! They made sure that we could find the location of the hotel, could access bicycles, and were responding all our questions. The place is very clean and cute. You can tell that the staff takes care of the place.
