Unfortunately, i am very upset with the treatment received from 1 receotionist. We had a towel problem at this hotel. Apart from finding only 2 towels from 3 people for 2 cosecutive days, we were never given a robe to use at the pool. When we asked for it as we wanted to use the pool, we were told that we had booked as a family and therefore can not have it making us feel 2nd class tourists. At the pool, there was no one to give us towels and had to beg for them at the reception. This is not the rreatment we are used to in any radisson hotel. This really put us off! We are very sorry as staff at breakfast was excellent. Also water machine and snack machine in 3rd floor do not work. Snacks machine takes 5 euros credit but does not give change. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so there was nowhere elsr to buy water with the rxceotion of bar..

Location close to Disneyland. Easy transfer via Bus from hotel.

Nice breakfast. Shuttle to Disney very convenient and reliable. Pool was a nice bonus.
