- The location is an 11 out of 10. - the landlady was super nice. - Despite stormy gusts one day, we were not bored as you can have a great time there. - A very good mix of a large parking lot, a beautiful pool, enough lawn, a romantic terrace, a beautiful view of the sea, the surrounding area, the Akrotiri peninsula and the snow-capped Lefka Ori. - A cozy lounge on the beach where you can also enjoy a quiet hour, it is the perfect location for young and old. PS: For those who are a little susceptible to mosquitoes, there were mosquito repellents at every door and window, which was very positive.

This Villa, is /was perfect in every way. If you like your privacy on holiday - this is the Spot on place to be. 👌 Own place, swimming pool, beach, BBQ and several places to sit in tranquility.

The villa was lovely. Was met by the host, who was very helpful throughout the week too. A great location, walking distances to shops and eating places. The sea, although rocky, was great to swim in. Would definitely recommend.

The location is AMAZING. It is close to beautiful Gorges (e.g., Patsos, but it isn't an easy hike, so be prepared for a lot of rock climbing and getting into cold water) for hikes and has a private beach where you can swim at any time. It is also in the middle of the island, so you can go to any place in an adequate amount of time (we visited Preveli beach, Balos beach, the pink sand beach Elafonisi (wasnt too impressive tbh, not that much pink sand there), Seitan limania beach and we also paid a visit to Heraklion and Rethymno (that is like 15 mins away from the house and has nice restaurants and architecture). Note: take some kind of hiking shoes with you even when going to the beaches because sometimes the way to them isn't that easy The host was very kind to give us extra blankets as it was a bit cold at night because for some reason we could not figure out how the AC worked, she is a very welcoming and patient lady (she had to wait for us for an extra 15-20 minutes to hand over the keys to us because we kept missing the correct turn ahah (the last 5 mins of the drive to the villa are going under a bridge and a grassy/rather "wild" road ahhaha, it looks a bit scary at night but no worries, during the day it looks just fine Yes, you will hear roosters in the morning because of the neighbours but we did not mind them The villa has a wonderful terrace where we had breakfasts in the morning with a sea view and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking The beds were soft and comfy, the bathrooms were nice and clean and one of them even had a jacuzzi:) The host was also very kind to let us stay for a bit longer when we realized we got a flat tire on our last day So all in all, the host, the location, the amenities and the house itself are definitely a great deal you should not miss out on, we went in April and it was already hot enough to swim (for us at least ahaha)
