The fine print
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the cabin. Guests will pay $500 fee if smoking/vaping is detected.Pet owners are responsible for any damages done by their pets. The owners must disclose the breed and size of pet upon booking and pay the non-refundable pet fee of $100.Guests must remove all food and trash from unit upon check-out. If unable to do so, guests need to leave $5 per bag on counter for the housekeeper to remove it.If a party occurs and loud noises are detected, the police will be called by the neighbors and owners living within walking distance of the cabin.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
