Room is spacious, definitely not cramped up so it was good to be able to walk around the room without bumping into each other (as in some other hotel rooms). Bathroom was clean and not cramped, 2 sizes of towels per person came with the room. Lots of closet space too for the bags, shoes and clothes to be nicely separated. Also sufficient bedside space :) Breakfast and breakfast service staff were good - good choice for warm and cold breakfasts + staff were attentive and friendly. The Salzland Salzgrotto is an interesting experience - much like doing nothing in peace and quiet during a yoga session. Free towels provided at the pool area so no need to bring from the room. Location is perfect for first-time visitors. No regrets choosing this hotel if you want to visit the whole city - from the hotel, seeing the main sights on foot (Dom, Hundredwasserhaus, etc) and having good meals are not a problem. Hotel also offers a snack ATM (we didn't use it because of the many different eateries all around).

The location is unbeatable if you are spending your time downtown. It was also nice to have a spacious room, after the airport cocoons I have been staying in recently.

A little bit old school but clean. Friendly and helpfully staff, great location, quiet comfortable room, close to restaurants, close to shopping center.
