I'll start with the positives of this hotel. I really liked that there's a pool for very young children, as well as a play area where you can leave your child and have a quiet coffee. My daughter and I also enjoyed the foam party. The food was good, although after five days, we were already looking for a change. The negatives are that the pools are too cold, especially for children. The access to the sea is through trash bins, and at that temperature, they smelled really bad. Otherwise, it's a good hotel. Since it was our daughter's birthday and our honeymoon, the hotel congratulated us with a bottle of champagne and wine. Thank you for your hospitality!

The amousment stuff was amazing and very friendly, the pools was Nice but very cold in October,no heated! Hotel lies nere the beach and magaluf town with many shops and restaurants. 15 min Walks to The night life, it was very silent in The hotel and outside when we should sleep (but loudly from the hallway outside the rooms). Not good coktails that was in allinclusive, mixed in a machine! Nice rooms but very hard bed (we live in sweden with very comfy and soft beds), Nice pillows. Friendly cleaning stuff and bar stuff. Okey food in The allinclusive, get tired off eating it after 1 week,

The hotel was very nice, the pools were great. Overall, the buffet wasn’t bad, but the best thing was definitely the staff who work there. Mentioning specifically to Borja ( Guest service manager) and all the animation team 😍 Sofia, Chris, Adri, Marta, Nati, Nacho and their manager Carlos Really great, professionals and friendly people
