The location was perfect, the cleanliness, no flies, wasp, mosquitoes, or insects. Hotel staff are very friendly and did an excellent job keeping all the tables clean and clear! The pools great, but some too busy. The children’s entertainment, exercise instructors were excellent. The water inflatables, swimming pools, water slides, splash park. 70% of the food was good, but needed more choices. Door bracelets to open the room door, is an excellent system!

Super hotel. Clean. Lots of fun for kids. Food was amazing. Staff were fantastic. Bar staff were great at helping me with learning Spanish, I am a starter so I really wanted to practice. So amazing they were patient with me.
