To collect the keys, please contact reception or the night porter upon arrival. The contact details are available at the entrance to the building. Please note that reception is open from 09:00 to 19:00. For arrivals outside reception hours, guests are kindly requested to contact the property using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. Please note that the apartments are cleaned every 3 days and linen is changed once a week.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Good location, plenty of things to do there. Check in was very easy and the communication was 5* let us check in early even though check wasn’t till 15:00. Would stay again. Good value for money.

The host was very friendly, even though we came in the middle of the night, he was there to give us the keys. (Not to mention that when he found out one of us had birthday, he gave us a little gift as a welcome ! :) ) He also helped us to find good affordable taxi to go to Palma for our flight home. There was no problem with taking extra day for parking a rented car. Even though the building is located just at the busiest street of Magaluf, it is safely guarded.

Close to the beach and bars, excellent location, in the middle of everything, enjoyed sea view and that it’s close to everything. It’s simple apartment but the price is in balance with the value and actually you have everything what you need. Noisy place but it’s no surprise if you know that you booked in the strip of Magaluf, party places are very near what was an advantage for us. Manager is welcoming and friendly.
