I stayed in this property before so it was brilliant to experience the new renovations. The hotel had a lovely vibe and was ideal for us location wise.

Great location, close to both beaches and the party street. The breakfast was quite nice, a great selection of food and all freshly made. The staff is hospitable and friendly. The pool area was clean and enjoyable.

Breakfast was very good and the staff (especially the cleaning team, kitchen, and pool bar) were super nice and helpful. The air conditioning worked well. It seems the hotel may have taken note of previous feedback, and the room cleaning was done after breakfast or in the afternoon, which was convenient - and hotel is generally quiet. The bed was comfortable. The hotel looked full but we did not hear any noises during the night, not from outside or inside the hotel. A free, branded beach tote was provided which was a nice gesture :) Wifi was also really good everywhere in the hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated. While the revamp gives it a fresh look on the surface, some areas could have been improved further to fully meet the standard they seem to be aiming for and maybe match other Cooks Clubs, like on Rhodes. Due to how the surrounding area (Magaluf) looks like, we ended up spending most of our time by the pool. That space offered a more peaceful and relaxed atmosphere in contrast to the neighborhood. Nice selection of cocktails, frozen cocktails, iced cofees, frappes etc.
